Rhythms from Four Parts of World will be introduced and activated by Ihab, within each participant to explore sacred dance, release and healing for body, mind and spirit
Ihab was born in Egypt with African and Middle Eastern rhythms in his blood. In the past 30 years , he has enjoyed the mosaic of Canadas multi culture along with First Nation rhythms and now lives in Ireland learning bodhran with Rónán Ó Snodaigh from Kila. Ihab believes rhythms are all connected and all already inside us.
Finola is an artist and holistic therapist of Yoga and Bio Energy She loves rhythm, movement and dance as a way to release emotional blocks and free the body and mind.
Having lived in Egypt and being exposed to African drum and rhythm, she feels the healing benefits of authentic movement to drum rhythms is powerful and activates joy of spirit.
“ 4 Rhythms” Workshop….
with Ihab Mahna and Finola MC Fadden
All you need for this workshop is to bring your sacred body with an open heart ,where Finola will guide you through gentle grounding exercises of Qigong and Yoga to prepare for an activating and opening of your energy field and body, through your own authentic movement to 4 healing rhythms from different parts of the world.
Ihab will lead us with these Drum rhythms, activating our cells to heal and feel natural ecstatic joy .Ihab will also talk briefly about each sacred rhythm
Finola will hold space and help group move the body in sinc with the rhythms played and gently guide each participant to find their natural body rhythm and release and clear the whole chakra system through dance
Expect to have a new awareness of the healing benefits of certain rhythms , activating them within you so you can use in your daily life to heal and raise your frequency.
